1st Normally when I earned a score between 1000WP, I received 4,000 to 6,000 skillpoints (SP). But today 02/12/2013, I get a value of skillpoints very similar to the value of that WP won the match (645WP = 645SP). This is ridiculous, because I had to play my whole life to be able to buy some skills. But it does not always happen, sometimes back to normal.
So I was wondering what I could do, and is acontecedo with you too.
2nd I do not know if it's 1 or 2, but suddenly my character's hands disappear, and keep floating object or weapon.
The issue is not that hinders the gameplay is that the game is ridiculous. Is there anything I can do to fix it, or only the CCP can do something?

I would rather that the CCP saw this and tried to release an update that corrects the missing hands error
